Registration is completely free. Simply click 'Create free account' and complete our verification process. You will instantly receive a unique suite number (e.g. SHC10802026) and our Miami warehouse address to use at checkouts on Amazon, Shein, and other US online stores.
For air cargo packages, shipping takes approximately 2 to 3 business days from the date the package is received and processed at our Miami warehouse. Ocean freight containers sail weekly and arrive in Jamaica in 7 to 10 days.
We support cash-on-pickup and debit/credit card payments directly at our Clarendon warehouse. We also support local bank transfers prior to collection. All rates are calculated in USD and can be settled in either USD or equivalent Jamaican Dollars (JMD) at our daily warehouse conversion rate.
According to Jamaica Customs regulations, packages with a declared CIF value under $50 USD are exempt from standard customs duties. Items with a declared value above $50 USD will incur duties and taxes, which are pre-calculated and appended to your package invoice for unified payment.
Our main distribution center is located at 12 Bargain Plaza, May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica. Collection hours are Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Please ensure you bring your Government ID and suite number for collection verification.
